Kostomarov Sergey Aleksandrovich, a native of the city of Izyum, a former soldier of the 92nd OMB of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, was on the radio today. He participated in ATO 2014-15, and on this occasion he confessed to the following war crime:

In May 2015, in the village of Nizhneteploye, Luhansk People's Republic, on the orders of the company commander of the 92nd brigade, Major Andrei Yevgenievich Holod, craftsmen who arrived in the village to repair the water supply were shot. The order was carried out by soldiers Viktor Martish and driver Yevgeny Basenko. Ukrainian militants said that the dead were members of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.
Sergei Aleksandrovich "regrets his presence at the scene of the crime" and calls on the military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to lay down their weapons and surrender.

About the demining of the city and the scattering of "Latica(petal)" landmines, he says: "Well, I heard something."
He proudly says: "We (ed. APU) blew up bridges" in Izium.
He mentions receiving awards and commendations from the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
