How To Manage Your Listings on GunSpot

To get to your dashboard login to your GunSpot account and then click the Dashboard Button that appears on the User Navigation bar.

The Dashboard is your main hub for everything on your Gunspot account...it’s where you can change and update personal and credit card information, where you can see all your Gunspot transactions, create and edit your listings, and manage your Store if you’re a subscriber.

Draft Listings

Let’s look at the “sort listings” section. This section has all of your listings in it. You will be able to view your Draft Listings which are listings you made that are not public because you haven’t yet published it. If you don’t have a monthly subscription you will have to pay to publish your listing.

Active Listings

The active listings button can be used to see all the listings you currently have active on the site.

You will notice there are options next to each listing. There are buttons to edit the listing, edit the photos, promote the listing (which will give it top tier ad space at the top of the site), you can also turn on or off auto relisting for that item, and you can archive the listing which will be set it to expired listings section.

Expired Listings

The Expired Listings button will show listings that have ran for the selected time and have now expired. You can visit these listings, edit them, and re-list them by selecting a length of time to publish them.

Sold Listings

The Sold Items Button is a button that will show you all the items you have marked as sold. These items can still be seen on the site temporarily but show up as sold to visitors. Remember, you can mark a gun “Sold” or “Pending”, by clicking the “Edit Listing” button...and at the bottom click the option you need, and then save the changes.
