8. Barrio de Salamanca - Salamanca is a beautiful residential neighborhood and shopping district of wide streets and grand 19th-century buildings, some of which are now foreign embassies. Salamanca is home to Madrid’s wealthier and most aristocratic residents, as well as the up-market shopping boulevards Serrano and Ortega y Gasset. The Salamanca neighborhood comes to life at night and offers a sophisticated atmosphere full of elegance.

9. Station Atocha - The Atocha Station is the largest railway station in Madrid (and Spain). It is the primary station serving commuter trains, intercity and regional trains from the south, and the AVE high-speed trains from Barcelona, Seville, and Valencia.

10. Replica of the Fountain of the Artichoke, Madrid - This fountain was built during the reign of King Carlos III, in 1781, by the architect Ventura Rodriguez. It is located in the Retiro Park, at Plaza de Honduras. Before it was located at Plazuela de Anton Martin and then moved to Plaza de Atocha in 1880. Now there is a copy of this fountain, as they did not want to move it again.
