Grounding Day 52 - morning meditation

Morning barefoot walks are a great way to start the day. It helps to clear your head and gives you opportunity to set your intention for the day. It also gets your blood flowing a little bit so you get a little exercise too. When you are finished with your walk, take a minute to stretch your toes out. It feels amazing!
