Scrap metal used to weld a trash can rack to prevent can from blowing away

Living on the top of a ridge you get a lot of wind. With gust of wind it will blow away things not secured. My trash can is a prime example. At times we have found the can blown across the driveway and out into the yard. Since I have learned to weld, now is the perfect time to put my skills to use. I had some scrap metal and decided to use it to fabricate a rack for the trash can.
