2A Advocates Launch Effort To Defeat Gun Control Initiative

A ballot initiative that would require would-be gun owners to first undergo training and apply for a permit to purchase a firearm is getting serious pushback from gun owners, 2A activists, and several sheriffs in the state who warn that even non-gun owners won't be happy with the unintended consequences if the measure is approved by voters this November.
