​SOMEBODY IS ALWAYS WATCHING. WHAT YOU’RE DOING MAY NOT BE WRONG TODAY BUT MIGHT BE LATER AND NOW ITS RECORDED.

“If integrity is doing what’s right when no one is watching, we must reconsider when we realize someone is always watching. What you consider right, moral, responsible as a leader today, might become wrong in the near future.

What you say, what you think, what you intend, all of these are being monitored, recorded and tabulated. Every post on social media is recorded and psychoanalytic of your relationships and ideologies. Every gps record, stopping point, visit location and driving habit is being tracked by your car and your mobile device. Ring doorbells, atm machines, company security comes are all able to be logged, cross referenced and analyzed.

The idea of this time of ‘overwatch’ has been in mind for decades or more. Today it is no longer a notion, it is our reality. Now is the time every leader must reevaluate their core values, their communication, their connections, their relationships. If you dare to hold to core values counter to those who are in power or gaining power, you must also be willing to pay the price.
