This cycling vlog series was supposed to have a break this week! But things have changed. My cycling training program for the Men's Masters Nationals criterium and road race stays put! Find out why in this video.

On my training bike includes a Specialized Allez Sprint (aluminum frame), Shimano 105 groupset, Fulcrum 5 wheels, and Schwalbe Marathon tyres. The killers! The total weight of this bike is over 11 kgs.

The resistance this provides in training will no doubt make me stronger on the bike!
