My Recent Nintendo 2DS/3DS DRM Customer Support Experience - They are different!

It was a day like many others where I had an issue and needed to message and/or call a big company. In this case, it was Nintendo and here is my recent customer experience with Nintendo customer support.

I have three members of the Nintendo 3DS family at my house.
- Nintendo 2DS
- Nintendo 3DS
- New Nintendo 2DS XL

The digital rights management (DRM) for this generation is incredibly annoying, but that has been resolved on the Nintendo Switch generation.

My requests were to simply migrate my son's game back to his console. After a few interactions; Nintendo showed how much they care about their customers and long-time fans.
