5 Minute Quick Breakfast Quesadillas (Tortilla Hack) | RACK OF LAM

I whisk 1 tbsp of milk with 1 egg, then pour the mixture into my greased 8" non-stick pan, topping it with an 8" tortilla while the egg further cooks. In this video, I put cheese w/ the eggs before the tortilla, but often put the cheese after flipping the egg w/ the tortilla attached, so that the melted cheese can serve as a binding agent.
