Insect Butter.

Another day and another story seeking to normalise the consumption of insects and insect by-products. This is not happening by accident! They really DO want us eating the bugs. In this story, researchers at Ghent University are working on creating a form of butter derived from insect fat that can then be used in baking cakes, scones, etc.
