Acquaiolo Recipe:
4 White grapes
2 Basil leaves (Medium-sized)
1 oz. Fresh lemon juice
½ oz. Chestnut syrup
1 oz. Camus XO Cognac
½ oz. Limoncello
½ oz. M Brizard Anisette
1 oz. Water

Muddle the White grapes, Basil leaves, Fresh lemon juice, and Chestnut syrup. Then add the remaining ingredients. Shake and double-strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Garnished with a thin lemon wheel floating on the top and a thyme sprig.
