1. Allow/ Encourage/ Insist others hear God for themselves
- Faith comes by hearing - hearing comes from the WORD OF GOD

2. Teach them to hear God
- If you need to grow the faith of the people you lead, read and preach the WORD OF GOD

3. Disciple them - equip them - release them
