WRITTEN RECIPE:
➜ INGREDIENTS
4 large eggs
400g water
1/2 tbsp fish sauce, or to taste
1 tbsp soy sauce, or to taste
1/2 tsp sesame oil, or to taste
scallions, chopped

➜ INSTRUCTIONS
1) Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl and beat thoroughly.
2) Add water and fish sauce into the same bowl and beat until incorporated with the egg.
3) Pour the mixture into a dish, through a sieve.
4) Cover the dish with saran wrap and steam for 12 minutes (more or less depending on the depth of the dish or bowl used).
5) Remove from steamer and top with soy sauce, sesame oil and chopped scallions. Enjoy!
