The Young Turks are having a meltdown over Aaron Maté once again. This time, Aaron fact-checked Cenk for reporting that the Ukraine soldiers who said “Go fuck yourself” to a Russian warship died.

They didn’t.

This caused TYT to devote a segment to yelling at Aaron for asking Cenk to fact-check his own motto.

He didn’t.

It’s another McCarthyite media moment that underscores how credulous media personalties can be, and how hostile they are to those who aren’t. But it was too funny for us to ignore.
