In this episode, Dr. Patricia zeros in on Gut Health as one of the four key pillars she has identified for Wholistic Health (Whole-Body, Mind & Spirit). This pillar is HUGELY important, and Dr. Patricia shares many nuggets of pure wisdom in this 30 min podcast.
