Johnny Grube pushing a 3,400 lb van up a slight incline, at the end watch the van roll back, no momentum constant resistance for over 3 minutes.

The van is 3,200 lbs but I have more than 200 lbs of extra weight bringing it to about 3,400 lbs.

Don't forget it's s an isometric exercise through the arms, shoulders and upper and lower back.

And pushing against gravity is heavy conditioning.

At a bodyweight of 160 lbs.

The Gym and Heavy Squats are not necessary.

You more likely have to drive someone back in a combat situation but NEVER have to squat someone.

I'm just making my training like a man and fun for me.
