Blue Collar Strength - 3,400 lb Van Dragging Up Hill And Controlling Momentum Down Hill..
Johnny Grube dragging a 3,400 lb van up a slight hill, 15 yards and slowing and stopping it on the way down to a COMPLETE stop.
15 yards each way competed 4 times total about 120 yards.
This is tough at 160 lbs, with less bodyweight obviously there is less to hold back a 3,400 lb vehicle, especially going down and stopping it and starting with NO momentum.
This great for legs, grip and conditioning.
No one is training this way.
This is just like Tug of War with is a great strength builder.
Just more outside the gym ideas.
