Drink plenty of water each day.

To maintain a healthy lifestyle, you should focus on eating whole, unprocessed foods. That means plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean protein. You should also limit added sugar, saturated fat, and sodium. And don’t forget to stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water throughout the day.

You don't have to spend hours at the gym to be healthy. In fact, you don't even have to exercise at all if you don't want to. Just making some simple lifestyle changes can be enough to improve your health.
