Doing a Blue Collar Carry using
55 lb dumbbells total 110 lbs at a bodyweight of about 160 lbs, for
325 yards on a very uneven ground.

My goal is 400 yards or a 1/4 mile.

It's no problem carrying 110 lbs on your shoulders, but a huge difference holding the weight in your hands.

This is a great overall strength and conditioner especially for the grip and forearms.
