"Conditioned Strength" Odd Object Weighted Hill Carrying

2 - 55 lb (110 lbs) Dumbbells.
1 - 80 lb (83 lb) Rock.
1 - 70 lb Heavy Bag.
1 - Steep Hill
So many "gym bro'z" talk about squatting on leg day as the only means to strength, is this NOT leg day and so much more?
It's simple:
Carry dumbbells up and back down.
Wrestle the 80 lb rock up and back down the hill.
Shoulder and carry the 70 lb heavy bag up and back down the hill.
Repeat starting over with the dumbbells.
Completed 3 Rounds total times up the hill 12 times or up and down 24 times!
Blue Collar men are as close as you can be to a "Wildman today.
This was a personal best of 3 Rounds or 12 or 24 times up and down the hill which is brutally rough and tough physically and mentally.
Under 15 minutes.
