Farmers Walk / Isometric Circuit.

Johnny Grube doing a short circuit using 55 lb dumbbells (110 lbs) total walking 25 yards 4 times or 100 yards and a 2:30 Isometric pushup hold.

1. Carry dumbbells 25 yards 4 times 100 yards

2. 1 minute pushup hold. Lower until arms are parallel and hold for 30 seconds. Push back up and hold for another minute.

Repeat 2 Rounds.

200 yards of Farmers Walks carrying 110 lbs.

5 minute Isometric Hold.

Try it. Go as long as you want.
