Shoulder the 70 lb heavy bag and pick up 40 lb dumbbell carry up and down the hill drop the bag and dumbbell - than throw the 70 lb Heavy Bag Over your shoulder.
Pick up the heavy bag, switch shoulders and dumbbell switch
hands.
