Iron Core - Stand Ab Wheel Pushup Rollouts

Johnny Grube showing how to build a punch proof core, total body strength, conditioning and durability.

Was going for 15 reps but added a couple more 17 total for toughness.

Will do 20 reps next time.

From a standing position rollout do a pushup.

Extending the arms over head then pull back doing another pushup continuous, until the desired number.

On the last one pull back into a standing position.

The Ab Wheel makes for unstable pushups.

I used a piece of wood because the spaces between the concrete create a bumpy ride.
