Using 2 - 50 lb Cylinders 100 lbs
total to walk up and down a long steep hill to build some much
needed "Conditioned Strength".

The cylinders are much more awkward to carry with the length
and the way the swing to keep them stabilized.

Most don't have access to cylinders but it's about using what you have to train.
