100 Rubber band Deadlifts / 3 Minute Isometrics Circuit.

Johnny Grube doing a challenging short workout.
Using a 100 lb resistance rubber band and stick and repping 1 x 100 for conditioning.
Don't worry about the range of motion there is plenty of tension throughout the exercise.
Finishing off on knuckles holding a pushup position for 1 minute.
Lower into the halfway position or arms at about 90° hold for 1 minute.
Push back up and hold for 1 last minute.
This is heavy conditioning, you will feel this throughout the body.
