I decided to break it down into three scores:
1. Long Term Profit
2. Passive Income
3. Capital Safety

Long Term Profit is how much money I think the project will make if you look forward about 5 years from now

Passive Income is how much it makes passively right now

Capital Safety is how likely it is that I think you could lose all your money.
