Isometric Ankle Weights Across Back of Neck Elevated Pushup Hold

Johnny Grube doing another 3 minute Isometric pushup hold feet on 12" bench and using a pair of 10 lb ankle weights (5 lbs each) on the back of his neck for more of a challenge.

Was only able to hold the lower midway (The Toughest Position)
for 50 seconds.

Doing these weighted even with 10 lbs and the feet elevated makes it much tougher.

This will make the mind and body hard.
