Sadly, we are grooming a generation of young new leaders who have spent their time in virtual reality, making virtual decisions, coping with virtual consequences. Many simply are not prepared to deal with the permanence and pain of real consequences in a real world. There is no reset, refresh or restart button in this game we call life. Worse, I have my own suspicions some of those handing leadership power to those yet unprepared are doing so intentionally and with full understanding of the potential ramifications because the outcome of such decisions, is part of their agenda.
