Guided Deep Relaxation Meditation for Sleep and Anxiety Relief
Insomnia can arise from muscle tension that has built up during the day. This Guided Deep Relaxation Meditation for Sleep and Anxiety Relief is designed for first gently stretching the muscles while bringing focus to your breath.
I then take you through a gentle full body sequence to focus on relaxing each muscle group, scanning for hidden tension along the way.
This Guided Deep Relaxation Meditation for Sleep and Anxiety Relief can be used just before you go to bed, in the evening to help you relax, or during a stressful or anxious time when you need to pull away from everything else.
This sequence can also be used before a self-hypnosis session to fully relax the body, and enable greater suggestibility.
