Representative Turner Demands to Know National Security Basis Behind FBI Search of Mar-a-Lago
Representative Mike Turner, the ranking member on the House Intelligence Committee, questions the tactics used by the FBI in its search for classified documents at the Mar-a-Lago home of former President Trump and says he wants to know the "national security basis" for the decision to conduct the search. Asked if the FBI was justified if there were documents there pertaining to nuclear weapons, Representative Turner says "It depends on what the nuclear information is...We don't know what those documents are...Just tell us."
