Gavin Newsom Introduces New Water Supply Strategy

Gov. Gavin Newsom introduces new water supply strategy: "We will lose 10% of our water supply by 2040. If all things are equal, we will lose an additional 10% of our supply by 2040. We have a renewed sense of urgency to address this issue head on."
