Walking a long steep hill wearing a
40 lb weight vest and carrying 2 - 20 lb
dumbbells total 40 lbs for a grand total of 80 lbs.

This hill is much steeper than it appears, it is a feared hill in this
area, look at the cars parked and
the houses on the right side gives
a good ideal how steep the hill is.

It's the first time going up with 80 lbs and carrying dumbbells.
