Carry 50 lb cinder block 20 yards repeat with other hand.

Carry 55 lb dumbbell one hand 20 yards and switch hands.

Carry both the 50 lb cinder block and 55 lb dumbbell 20 yards and switch hands.

Great for all around strength and durability.
