Director Gautham Vasudev Menon has confirmed the release of his long-pending movie Ennai Noki Paayum Thota on September 6 with an official release trailer.

The trailer shows lead stars Dhanush and Megha Akash locked in an intense love story as the characters of Raghu and Lekha. The romance runs into difficulty when Lekha encounters a character that threatens their relationship. It is indicated that Dhanush’s brother (played by Sasikumar) is the cause of this somehow — and the repercussions lead to several alteractions. Dhanush ends the trailer in ‘beast mode’ as the caption says, and the scenes ensure plenty of action for fans.

Gautham had earlier confirmed at a recent TEDx event in Chennai, that the makers were planning for a September 6 release of Ennai Noki Paayum Thota. The film gone through various issues over the last two and half years since its production began in mid-2016, causing delay after delay. The film was cleared with a U/A certificate earlier this year.
