the original owner has not paid property tax since 2002.

The original owner wants the township that the property is in,
to eventually condemn it and sell the property.

The farm has been the primary residence of the original owner's
granddaughter for 73 years until her death.

Her nephew, who ran an antique business,
inherited the property.

The owners up and left one day leaving everything
(if not most) behind.

Having being in the antique business, money wasn't much of a
problem so leaving things behind didn't mean much to them.
