''SUFFOCATION, SUFFOCATION!': Cairo Church Fire Kills At Least 41'

A fire has ripped through a packed Coptic church in Cairo, killing at least 41 people and injuring 14.

The fire broke out as congregants were worshipping at Sunday mass, filling the Abu Sefein church in the neighbourhood of Imbaba with thick smoke.

Witnesses say several people trapped were forced to jump from its upper floors to escape the flames.
