This is a delicious and healthy recipe for soy meat marinated with rice.

Ingredients:
Soy balls.
Onion
Carrot
Garlic
Favorite spices (I used suneli hops, turmeric, salt, pepper)
tomato paste
Tiriyaki
Barbecue sauce
Soy sauce

Cooking:

Soy I spent 15 minutes. While the soybeans are cooking, prepare the marinade.
Marinade :

Favorite spices (I used suneli hops, turmeric, salt, pepper)
tomato paste
Tiriyaki
Barbecue sauce
Soy sauce
Garlic
Mix everything and add soy meat, mix well and leave.

While we prepare the roast. Fry onions and carrots and add our cue balls, fry with meat and you're done!
