Old school crappie fishing secrets. Sometimes you have to get a little wet!

Today we used old school crappie fishing secrets. Old school as in I made a crappie hotel to get some structure in the pond. This pond had 200 black crappie stocked 3 years ago. I haven't fished it for crappie in that time but it has plenty of bass and perch. The secret is to give them something to congregate around and these structures are perfect.
