Church of Scientology Tries to Stop R*pe Lawsuit

The Church of Scientology has been sued by its members for failures leading to sexual assaults by other members of the church. In a shocking move out of character with Scientology, the church has argued that they can't be sued for whatever role they had in enabling / facilitating / or failing to stop the sexual assaults. They instead argue that the question of whether they did a bad must be submitted to a religious arbitration, which I am sure will be totally neutral and fair to all of the parties involved ...
