There are a number of stomach exercises you can do to help tone your stomach muscles and improve your digestion. The first step is to find a comfortable position to sit or stand in. You should be in a position where your abs are engaged and your spine is straight. Next, slowly and steadily take in a deep breath, Hold it for a few seconds, and then exhale slowly.
