Johnny Grube dragging a 150lb weighted sled using a towel and
doing Farmers Walk with 180lbs
using straps.
Did each exercise 40 yards than switched to Farmers Walk 10 Rounds.
These are great leg and gripping and conditioning workouts.
The Farmers Walk with straps are harder than using dumbbells.
