Kettlebell Two Hand Swing / Jump Rope Circuit

Johnny Grube doing a quick end of day "Conditioned Strength" workout.
Jump rope 100 times.
10 - 50 lb Two Hand Kettlebell Swings.
8 Rounds.
Finished with 800 jumps and 80 kettlebell swings.
Missed once on the jump rope but made up for the miss and started over at the miss for 100.
First time doing this circuit was going to do a few more rounds but it was getting late.
Great circuit give it a try.
