Blue Collar Strength -100 lbs 2 - 50 lb Plates Stacked Carried In The Front And Up Hill

Johnny Grube carrying 100 lbs or 2 - 50 lb plates stacked on top of each other. This is my first time carrying weight in this position up hill.

I have said many times before, it's not the weight but how it's distributed that quickly reveals weakness.

This was only done two times up hill or 4 times up and down, either way your hands, fingers and especially the forearms and your conditioning is quickly tested.

Give it a try, it's tough to carry like this on level ground, try on a hill.
