South Africa - nearly our own George Floyd incident - Police Brutality

Today we nearly had another George Floyd incident after witnessing 2 SAPS Police officers beating my tenant in our driveway. He called them to assist in finding his missing girlfriend, an altercation somehow ensued and they proceeded to viciously attack him. 1 Officer holding him down while the other beating him with a batton. The beating lasted much long as they first hit him continously until he fell to the floor but only the last 3 mins were recorded. He is currently in custody and we are waiting to hear what the charges are at his court appearance tomorrow. You will see him telling them he can't breath which send shivers doen my spine remembering Floyd saying those same words..They then proceeded to stand on his hand with absolutely no regard. His eye glasses were also smashed and he was violently handcuffed. Are these Police officers "Peace Keepers" or Brazen Thugs?
