Blue Collar Conditioning - 100 LB Heavybag / 50 LB Kettlebell Carry On Hill And 100 LB Drag

Johnny Grube working his blue collar strength and conditioning using a 100 lb heavy bag a 50 lb kettlebell and doing a 100 lb sled drag for 200 yards.

Carry 100 lb heavy bag and 50 lb kettlebell up and down hill switch shoulders and hands.

Then drag the 100 lb heavy bag 100 yards down and back in high grass and the high grass makes it pretty difficult. I have pulled 1,500 - 2,000 lbs with a pallet jack and this 100 lbs in high grass seems tougher.

Sorry I went out of the view of the camera, next time I'll do better.

Great for conditioning, awkward carry.
