Carry 50 lb kettlebell a 40 pound weight vest with my arm held at a 90 degree angle isometric hold for 200 yards switched arms and did another two hundred yards.
Then backward dragged 200 yards
40 lbs came back threw in 50 lb kettlebell 90 lbs did another 200
yards.
Awkward carries are best.
The backwards drag is great for the quads.
