Replacing the inner clutch cover gasket and waterpump seal on the 2008 Yamaha WR450f ! EL CHEAP PROJ

Well guys, if you remember, this is the 08 WR450f I bought about a year ago for $500, not running. I have since thrown a used cylinder on it, a new Pro X piston, a battery, cleaned the carb, and a few other things. I was about to start riding / testing it, but it had oil leaking from just about every gasket on the bike. After replacing this gasket and water pump seal, it seems to not be leaking anything for now, and I hope to start riding it very soon!
