Pedro Hill - Rocking

Pedro Hill performs his song "Rocking", from his latest release "In Tune With The Jive", from 2021. The song is about the rock and roll music scene in Iceland and was inspired by the time when Pedro Hill discovered Icelandic rock and roll and started researching about its history in the Nordic country. In 2020, Pedro Hill listened to many Icelandic rock and roll songs from the 20th century and developed an interest in the music genre and its history in Iceland. Therefore, Pedro Hill drew inspiration from his experience with Icelandic rock and roll to compose the song "Rocking".

On October 30th, 2021, Pedro Hill released the single "In Tune With The Jive". It is Pedro Hill's first release about Iceland. It includes two new songs about Icelandic music and culture that Pedro Hill composed: "In Tune With The Jive", which is about Icelandic jazz, and "Rocking", which is about Icelandic rock n' roll. This is also Pedro Hill's first release to include songs with Icelandic words in the lyrics, although the main language of the album is English.
