Today we cover

Weight 235.6 - No loss today, Still 3.6% since I built a spread sheet bit over 4% total since I started

Breakfast yesterday One duck egg, 3 oz of jalapeno sausage, blue cheese crumbles arugula and spinach

Snack Was - prochitto and provolone cheese

Dinner 4 cups of greens, 4oz of chicken, blue cheese, parm, two pieces of bacon, two cherry tomatoes, few peppers and cukes, one parm crisp.

For intermittent fasting I am going to 12 and 6 (close as I can get) 18 hours fasting.

Our pitfall for discussion today is alcohol. Moderate is fine for normal life but in reduction phase it should be 1-3 drinks ONE DAY a week at most and even that will set you back for a while.
